PART1 It all started with an old house, former tavern, where we found an  old and off-tuned piano. we were informed that the house was going to be reconstructed and the piano going to be destroyed.
so the idea about paying our last respects to the piano started to grow. A piece of music was written- with the other instruments detuned in a similar way. Our plan was to put it into effect by creating a story about the house and its former residents to point out its very peculiar atmosphere.

The band is Franzi Habith (contrabass),
Josef Loibner(piano) and Markus Haberleitner(electric guitar). 

Together with Andræ Loibner and our leading actress Eleni Stampfer I shot a few impressions of the house. those shots are accompanied by the live music of the band and there is a moment with a real time transition to the band.

PART2 the next day I went there with Pacey Witter and Marko Ivic. our intention was to shoot some footage for Klåpare. in the post production I noticed that the shots of both days could be combined to episodes of one story.

[26.01.10] we´re still working on Klåpare. It is a mixed genre movie which contains elements of social documentary, art movie and skateboarding. currently our friend Josef Loibner(Vienna) is composing the music for Klåpare. so the next Klåpare extension depends on Josefs work pace.

[17.11.09] the thing named Klåpare is growing. now it´s 6 minutes long and it will be extended soon.

[25.10.09] this is the newest thing that we are working on. It´s not finished yet, these are only the first 4 minutes. the rest will follow...
